Condolences

Condolence From: Kaye Keefe Mullinax
Condolence: Mrs, B, Hugh, Kerry, Judy and family, I am so sorry for the hole that has been left for each of you with Mr. Belcher's passing, but confident in the knowledges that he is joyfully in the presence of Our Lord. Although it has been many, many years since I've had the honor of his presence, I can still feel the warmth of his deep voice and smile. May each of you rejoice in the knowledge that this is only a temporary separation. Peace and hugs to you all, Kaye (Keefe)

Condolence: Dear Becky and Judy, I am so trilled that your Dad is in the fullness of joy which he now experiences in the eternal and immediate presence of God, who has exercised the victory of death in your Dad's life, as well as victory in the hearts of those who love him. At the same time I am saddened that you have temporarily lost his company. This is not at all a vain offer, but if there is anything the Chastains can assist with, just let us know. Condolence From: Tom and Hope Sullivan
Condolence: Dear Anita and Family, It is with that peculiar blending of grief and joyful praises to our holy covenant God that we send our greeting and sympathies today. How blessed was I last Saturday to share that evening with you in room 3117. I have missed my friend and brother in Christ for some time before his translation into 'the glory' as Dr. Lloyd-Jones once described it! As the 'outer man' slowed, the 'inner man' was being accelerated for a final sprint toward the finish line of his earthly race. Now in 'the glory' he has gained the blessings Jesus lived and died to secure, and even more significantly, Clynard has seen God, and now rests before the heavenly throne of the Savior he adored, and Whose Gospel he shared all of the days that we knew him here on earth. His joyful reunion with loved ones who have 'fallen asleep' in Christ, and the joy of meeting his first son for the first time defies the imagination. Truly he has gained all of the promised inheritance of the saints. And, as Hebrews 11:1 ff. tells us, the things he did, for the glory of God, and in faith will remain among us. We grieve with and for you today, probably will not be able to be among you in the next few days, but will, Lord willing, be here for you in the coming days. Cling to Jesus! He alone is our hope! With love, in Christ, Tom and Hope

Condolence: Dear Mrs. Belcher and family, How dear you all are to Enoch and me! We have treasured the times we were given by the Lord to spend with all of you. We will always remember with great fondness the long weekend we spent with you and Mr. Belcher in June 2006 before the RPCUS Conference. You and he were the best hosts ever! We were welcomed as family, as I am sure many more people can attest as well. Becky, Oley Speaks' song "Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled" plays over and over in my mind! I pray that the Belcher family will know God's amazing comfort, peace, and, yes, even joy as you go through this period of tremendous grief. Remember, He has borne all of our sorrows and is acquainted with all of our griefs! What comfort!! Love you all so very much!

Condolence: I want to extend my sympathy to all of during this time. I only met Mr. Belcher one time. I know Hugh and Kerry very well. But that one meeting left an impression. It was at WCCS. The event I do not remember. The topic of our conversation escapes me as well. But at the end as we parted his words were: Whatever we do it should be for the glory of God. I pray for all of you and may the comfort of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.
