Obituary for Eddie O'Quinn

EDDIE O’QUINN
Our beloved brother Eddie O'Quinn, age 71, born March 30, 1944 in Buchanan County, went home to be with the Lord on April 15, 2015. Eddie lived and worked most of his life in Dickenson County. He was a retired truck driver and an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt, fish and ginseng. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Elder Roscoe and Louisa O'Quinn and his beloved nephew Jason O'Quinn.
He is survived by four brothers and four sisters:
Ann Owens (Bill),Clayton O'Quinn (Brenda), Wanda Coppins (John), Troy O'Quinn (Ann), Ruth Wallace, Dorothy Dickie (Freddie), Billy O'Quinn (Diane) and Thomas O’Quinn. He also leaves behind four nephews and five neices: Jeff Owens, Shawn Coppins, Jeremy O'Quinn, Coty O'Quinn, Pam Fultz, Jennifer Honaker, Michelle Tousignant, Kayla Gibson and Sarah Shanken.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Haysi Funeral Home with Elder Arnold Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the O'Quinn-Deel Cemetery at Greenbriar. Pallbearers will be family and friends.The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home with an evening service at 7:00 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com.
