SANDRA LYNNE SUTHERLAND HAAG

Lynchburg, VA-Sandra Lynne Sutherland Haag, age 52 of Brookville Lane, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Lynchburg Memorial Hospital. Born in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of Margaret Ann Yates Sutherland and the late Frederick Ronald Sutherland. She was last employed in sales at Barnes and Nobel book store and attended Leesville Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, survivors include a brother, Frederick Sutherland, Jr. of Lynchburg, and aunts, Paige Sloan, Jewell Askins, Patsy Taylor, Vivian Rockwell, Kitty Rutledge and Linda Powers.
Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Dewey Sutherland Cemetery, Haysi, VA with Jerry Vitatoe officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Funeral procession will leave funeral home at 11:15. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lynchburg Humane Society.
