GENEVIEVE COMBS
Sharpsburg, KY- Genevieve Combs, age 70 of Springfield Road, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at St. Joseph in Mt. Sterling, KY. Born in Wise County, VA she was a daughter of the late Estes and Kelsie Wallace Willis. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Combs and a sister, Verta Lee Potter.
Survivors include a daughter, Debra Bice of Sharpsburg, KY, grandchildren, Paul Bice, Cody Moore, Cheyanne Moore all of Sharpsburg, KY, a sister, Anna Mae Woods of Haysi and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Bartlick Freewill Baptist Church with James Swiney and Junior Deel officiating. Burial will follow in J.S. Willis Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
