Bee, VA- Etta Gail Lambert, age 68 of Velvet Road, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN. Born in Buchanan County, she was a daughter of the late William and Margie Coleman Looney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Misty Hope Amos and a sister, Sandy Mullins.
Survivors include four sons, Tim (Phyllis) Charlton of Beattyville, KY, Chad (Kristie) Charles of Bee, Jeremy Charles (Mary Smith) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Kenny (Teresa) Keys of Flat Top, WV, a daughter, Billie Smith of Michigan, six sisters, Shirley Fuller of Haysi, Betsy Stiltner of Deskins, Wanda Jackson of Bee, Katie Peck of Arkansas, Georgia Arnold of Kingsport, TN and Terry Ankney of OH, grandchildren, Austin Charles, Lauren Charles, Bryson Charles, Lydia Charles, Melody (James) Camp, Emily Charlton, Caleb Charlton, Heather Buell, Beth Buell, Heath Buell and Kolton Keys.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 at Haysi Funeral Home with Tim Charlton officiating. Burial will follow in Charles Cemetery, Vansant, VA. Sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 15 at the funeral home.
