JOYCE ANN MULLINS
Clintwood, VA- Joyce Ann Mullins, age 75, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Clintwood, VA. Born August 23, 1942, she was a daughter of the late William Arther and Polly Tipton Rose. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mae and Carrie and a brother, Tolby.
Survivors include a daughter, Pam (Wayne) Mullins of Clintwood, two grandchildren, Jeremy (Erin) Mullins of Tazewell and Amanda Mullins of Clintwood, 7 great-grandchildren, a sister, Agnes Bise of Clintwood, three brothers, Bob Rose of Prescott, AZ, Cecil Rose of Barnesville, GA and Bobby Joe Rose of Cleveland, OH.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2018 at Haysi Funeral Home with Mike Stidham officiating. Burial will follow in Stonewall Rose Cemetery, Hill Ridge, Clintwood, VA. Pallbearers will be Billy Mullins, Zac Mullins, Maris Mullins, Donnie Stanley, Denver Mullins, Michael Maxwell, Loye Mullins and Ed Rose. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Rose, Gary Rose, Glen Bise, Harry Bise and Bobby Joe Rose. The family will receive friends after 12:00 noon Friday at the funeral home prior to funeral services.
