Raven, VA- Joyce Ann Stiltner, age 61 of Knot Road, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, VA. Born in Buchanan County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Ethel Mae Ray Deel. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her husband, William Stiltner of Raven, a daughter, Gloria (Brandon) Deel of Haysi, a son, William (Mayle) Stiltner of Richlands, granddaughters, Ashley Deel, Cheyenne Stiltner, Sierra Stiltner and Nova Lee Stiltner, five brothers, Ricky Deel, Kenneth Deel, Ronnie Deel, James Deel and Little Buddy Deel, two sisters, Tammy Shelton and Connie Dye.
