Jerry Mack  Stanley
JERRY MACK STANLEY
Haysi, VA- Jerry Mack Stanley, age 66 of Bert’s Lane, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 at his home. Born in Grundy, VA, he was a son of the late Bert Morrison and Magdalene Sykes Stanley. He was a 1971 Haysi High School graduate, a retired coal truck driver, a member and deacon of Sandlick Primitive Baptist Church and an avid sports fan. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved the Lord and his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Rowe and a nephew, Kemper Stanley.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Turner Stanley, daughters, Michelle (Chris) Tiller of Wise, Nichole (Heath) Sutherland and Lindsey Stanley both of Haysi, grandchildren, Haley Sutherland, Leah Sutherland, Logan Sutherland, Riley Tiller and Reece Tiller, brothers, Bobby (Glenda) Stanley of Haysi and Eddie (Sharon) Stanley of Clinchco and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Haysi Funeral Home with Elders Brian Moore, Jeff Dotson and Shawn Dotson officiating.
