LAWSON CHAD HALL

Haysi, VA- Lawson Chad Hall, age 73 of Bartlick Road, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, VA. Born in Dickenson County, he was a son of the late Ben and Alma Fields Hall. He was a coal miner and proud retired UMWA 7170 member and was of the Old Regular Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Ben Jr. Hall and Denver Hall, sisters, Georgia Mae Mullins and Juanita Mullins and special brother-in-law, Johnny Mack Yates.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice Hall, four sons, Kevin Hall (Kayla), Matthew Hall, Joseph Hall (Monique) and Ben Hall all of Haysi and a daughter, Miracle Lee Hall of Haysi, brothers, Bobby Hall (Gayle) of Haysi and Dennis Hall (Regina) of Danville, sisters, Gladys Hadock of Bluefield and Forestine Mullins of Tazewell and special nephew, Buster Mullins (Merline) of Haysi.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Haysi Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Merideth Willis Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home prior to funeral service at 7:00 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com
