Charlie was the best friend I've ever had. Life will never be the same without him. So much time has passed and he still crosses my mind, constantly. The last conversation I had with him we were in the car. I was really down and I asked him what makes life worth living and he said helping people like me. He started talking about all the things he still wanted to do with his life, like pack up "mama" Connie Stapleton in his RV and drive to Arizona. I had so many great times with Charlie, there will never be a soul like his here on Earth again. He was cherished, he was one of a kind, and I loved/love him beyond words or comprehension. Rest in Peace, Charlie. I know you're in heaven with mama
